Body Toolz Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied you may return your order within 30 days.

To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:

1. Obtain a Return Authorization number by calling  866-475-0431. No returns will be accept without your RA#.
2. Ship via a traceable method to ensure our receipt of  goods.
3. Keep a record of the method and date of your return in case of transit problems.  We cannot be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us.

The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.  Sorry, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
